		Fine-meal-installations Our fine-guts-mills SMF and our swollen-disk-mills PU are developed for the use in the Feinmahlung of Kunststoffgranulaten and - wastes and others soft until middle-hard materials. The Endfeinheiten to be achieved lie 200 my, according to type and provision of the machines, in the area of 0, 1000 my until 0. Our main focuses and particular special-knowledge lie in the Feinmahlung of hard - and Weich-PVC, from PE for coating, Rotomoulding and textile-processing, of cellulose, as well as in the manufacture of metal-powders, as z.B. Calcium.
The fine-guts-mills SMF are put in preferentially with the pulverising of soft, fiber-shaped, thin-walled and/or elastic materials, as z.B. drills from PE or cellulose in plate-form. The swollen-disk-mills PU find use with granulated or brittle materials, z.B. PE-Granulat. We deliver installations with strainer-machines for finish delicacy under about. 800 my or for an exact restriction of the finish delicacy, tandem-installations with pre-mill for the product and separate after-mill for the strainer-overflow. For the pulverising temperature-more sensitively and/or explosion-endangered materials are installations with nitrogen-refrigeration and/or meal-business under inert-gas available.

		The series SML includes machines for normal, everyday applications of the plastic-processing industry. SML Mills are with rotors from 220 to 800 mm diameters and 300 to 1450 mm work-width and drive-performances from 5,5 kilowatts to 160 kilowatts available. The C-Modelle of the series are available with space-saving, full-integrated sound-protection.
		The series SMS with machines for especially selective applications: the pulverising of massive scraps, tough fibers, of extremely thin foils or just simply very large quantities of material. Here, we build machines of 500 mm until 2000 mm work-width and drive-motors from 22 kilowatts to 250 kilowatts.
The SMS machines is a preferred appliance for recycling-businesses since she/it can be switched easily to the pulverising of thickly-wall-y plates or scrap with equally high performance from the pulverising big hollow-body. Mills of the series SMS are available also as wash-mills. Here, soiled plastics become vermahlen with high water-addition. The friction occurring on that occasion has a good wash-effect. Laundry and pulverising are combined as it were.
